“All Under One Roof”
Chris Galasso, Quality Assurance Director: Mill-Max quality control begins with our process.
At Mill-Max, all of the manufacturing processes are under one roof. We do everything here from screw machine turning, through stamping, plating, and assembling.
Steve Capitelli, Technical Services Engineer: The importance of Mill-Max producing everything under one roof is that we don't have to wait on other suppliers to give us products so that we can make the end product. You bring in raw materials. We process them, we make the end product, we package it, we ship it out.
Jay Mckenzie, Regional Sales Manager: Top down at Mill-Max, quality control and our quality assurance is a number-one priority for us. We understand that the biggest offering we have for our customers is the quality of our product, the repeatability from lot to lot, and the ability for our customers to depend on our product being the same today, the same tomorrow, and the same five years from now.
Jonathan Casilli, Applications Engineer: Knowing that you're dealing with the customer from the beginning to the end and then you could go downstairs and see that part being made on a machine and track it all the way, it's rewarding.
Steve Capitelli: A lot of time companies that manufacture screw machined product, that's all they'll do. Well we'll take that screw machine product, we'll make receptacles, we'll put them into sockets, we'll build custom assemblies. That is something that is unique in the industry.
Jay Mckenzie: Our vertical integration allows us to control every process along the way, which helps us keep our prices down, helps us to keep our lead times low, and our quality at top-notch levels.
Chris Galasso: The methods that we use are things that customers generally have never seen before. We get a lot of compliments on the way we do things, the way we have this total package, and they're typically blown away by what they see here.
